Mitsubishi & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsubishi", Head Office: Tokyo, President and CEO: Tatsuo Yasunaga) announced today a US$220,000 donation, made through Mitsubishi de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. and Mitsubishi & Co. Power Development and Management Americas (a wholly owned subsidiary), to aid relief efforts in the areas devastated by the series of earthquakes that occurred on September 7, 19 and 23.

In addition, through Hino Motors Sales Mexico S.A. de C.V. (a 65% subsidiary of Mitsubishi), we have arranged delivery of emergency relief supplies, such as food and daily necessity items, to the affected areas.

Mindful of the devastation caused by this disaster, Mitsubishi hopes that this contribution will provide some measure of relief to those who continue to suffer in the wake of this tragedy.
